This survey shows up in two places inside your WordPress admin.

Second, in a reports page that pulls together every cancellation reason across your whole store. Real value emerges during this stage.

The reports view is really where the value shows up. One person canceling because of price doesn’t tell you much. A hundred people all giving the same reason tells you exactly what to fix.
