At Convers Lab Inc., we want you to be confident in your purchase of WPSubscription. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for our paid plans.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new paid plan purchases. If you are not satisfied with WPSubscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date — no questions asked.

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
  • The request must be made by the account holder who completed the purchase.
  • The purchase must be a first-time purchase of that plan (not a renewal).

2. Renewals

Annual plan renewals are not eligible for a refund under the 14-day guarantee. We send renewal reminder emails at least 7 days before each billing date so you have time to cancel before being charged. If you did not intend to renew and were charged, please contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after the 14-day window has passed.
  • Renewals (except as described in Section 2).
  • Incompatibility with third-party plugins or themes that are not officially supported by WPSubscription.
  • Failure to read the plugin documentation or requirements before purchasing.
  • Change of mind after the 14-day period.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations.

4. Technical Issues

If you are experiencing a technical problem with the Plugin, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team before requesting a refund. We are committed to resolving issues promptly. A refund request does not substitute for a support request — our team will do their best to solve your problem.

If a technical issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe and materially prevents you from using the Plugin, we will consider a refund at our discretion, even outside the standard 14-day window.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your full name and email address used at purchase.
  • Order number or purchase receipt.
  • Reason for the refund request (optional, but helpful for us to improve).

We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time remaining on an annual plan. If you cancel a subscription mid-term, your access continues until the end of the billing period but no partial refund is issued.

7. Free Plan

The free version of WPSubscription is available at no cost and is therefore not subject to this Refund Policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your refund eligibility.
