Refund Policy

At WP Subscription, we care deeply about your satisfaction. Our team works hard to ensure that our plugins and services are helpful, reliable, and easy to use. If you’re experiencing any problems, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team first. We’re here to help, and most issues can be resolved quickly.

If we’re unable to help or if the product isn’t working as expected, you may be eligible for a refund — under specific conditions.

When You Can Request a Refund

We offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Product is non-functional: If the plugin you purchased is completely unusable and we’re unable to fix it after you’ve contacted support.

  • Misleading product description: If the actual product is significantly different from how it was described on our site.

  • Lack of support response: If you’ve submitted a support request and haven’t received any reply from us within 48 business hours.

If any of the above apply, just submit a refund request within 14 days of your original purchase (or renewal), and we’ll process your refund promptly.

When Refunds Are Not Available

While we aim to be fair, we also have to protect ourselves from misuse. Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind: You decide you don’t want the product anymore after purchasing it.

  • Wrong product purchased: If you bought the wrong plugin and already downloaded it.

  • Incompatibility: You failed to check plugin compatibility before purchase (we provide full details on our product pages).

No refund request within 14 days: Refunds must be requested within 14 calendar days of purchase or renewal.

Renewal Refunds

We send out a reminder email two weeks before your subscription renewal. If you no longer wish to continue, please cancel before the renewal date.

  • If you forget to cancel and a renewal goes through, you may still request a refund within 14 days of the renewal.

  • A 20% administrative processing fee will be applied to such refunds.

To avoid these charges, you can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please contact our support team via the Contact Us page or email us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Order ID or transaction number
  • A brief explanation of why you’re requesting a refund
  • Any support ticket ID (if applicable)

We aim to respond to refund requests within 1–2 business days.
